Sailor Moon: Episode Thirty-Five Summary

Episode 35:Ice Princess

This episode was a really great episode, dub or not. I enjoyed it. Basically, the Negaverse finds out that the Moonprincess was a wonderful Ice Skater back on the moon. They figure that because she was so graceful back then, if they host a Ice Skating Rink then maybe she might appear. Luna and Artemis was with Serena and Mina at the begining of the episode when they're watching TV and want to ice skate. Luna tells Serena that being the Moonprincess may bring back some of her grace from the Moon. Mina and Serena go find Amy, Lita and Rei and ask them to ice skate with them because they only allow in groups of five so they all agree to go. Mina and Serena mostly to see this hot guy ice-skate. So when they arrive, Serena falls down constantly during her session of ice-skating, bringing her friends down with her. Lita, however, has a knack for ice skating and shows off her skills. Luna comments that not only was the Moonprincess a talented ice-skater, but that the Princess of Jupiter was also quite gifted. Lita gets noticed by the hot guy while his partner is searching in a computer room for someone who matches the build of Sailor Moon.

Lita and the guy ice-skate for a bit and then he comes to a conclusion that Lita is Sailor Moon (Er...if you haven't picked up yet, SHE ISN'T.). All Lita can think about is how much he reminds her of her old boyfriend, Freddy. The man wants her to stay after. The other three girls leave and when they notice Lita nor Serena did not come out with them they try to get back in but the doors all lock. They figure something bad is happening. Meanwhile, Lita still ice-skates with the guy and his partner, who gets quite jealous after seeing him skate so much better with Lita than he ever skated with she, throws a tempertantrum and throws a door into Serena's face and causes a room to explode. She then morphs into a monster and attacks both, Lita and the man, and then the man gives into her power and morphs. Lita is seriously injured and Serena races to the scene. She transforms into Sailor Moon and magically on her shoes, appear ice skates. After her few attempts of trying to stand on the ice as Sailor Moon, she falls. When it looks like she's done for, Tuxedo Mask comes in. The monster pair challenge them to a duel, saying "We hear you were pretty good in your day!" Meaning, they must know about Sailor Moon being the Moon Princess and Tuxedo Mask Prince Endymion. So they skate around and Tuxedo has faith in Sailor Moon but Sailor Moon says she can't do these things but Tuxedo Mask says she can. So she believes in herself and jumps over the enemy. The other girls appear, all 4 of them and then Malachite appears. He says they all will freeze and then leaves a ice machine/windblower thing on and locks all the doors. Tuxedo Mask throws a rose at the machine and stops it and then Sailor Moon heals the two monsters.
