Pretty Sailor Soldier Sailor Moon



A thousand years into the future after the Moon Kingdom was destroyed, all of the inhabitants of the Moon Kingdom were reborn with no memory of their past. It was around this time that Tsukino Usagi (Serena), a fourteen year old blonde ditz, discovered her alternate identity as Sailor Moon, thanks to a cat named Luna who is able to communicate in a language understood by people. It was also around this time that a Masked Man, Tuxedo Kamen (Tuxedo Mask) was appearing whenever Sailor Moon was in danger and saving her life. Tuxedo Kamen made it clear that he was after the ginzuishou (which is the silver crystal, an object of great power from the moon kingdom.). Although he did not know why, he wanted to remember his past and his purpose. Tuxedo Kamen's alternate alias is Mamoru (Darien), a well-off man whose parents are deceased. At first, Mamoru is completely oblivious to the fact that he can become Tuxedo Kamen. Tuxedo Kamen, desprate as he was to find his past and his purpose for life took over at night and after awhile, Mamoru begun to get strange dreams of a beautiful maiden who called to him in his sleep. "Find the ginzuishou." She told him and he tried hard to do so.

Meanwhile, there is only one Sailor Senshi (Soldier) fighting the evil power of Metallia (Negaverse). Jedite, the first of the four generals in the Dark Kingdom, was sent out by Queen Beryl to search and collect energy to bring the coming of Metallia to life. Jedite is the reason why Sailor Moon had to be awoken. After a short while of fighting Jedite, Usagi gets a new friend, Mizuno Ami (Amy Anderson). Ami is a genius and she attends cram school everyday. At first, Usagi and Luna suspect Ami of working for the Dark Kingdom because of the strange aura she had about her but later they learn, after a youma (demon) attacks, that Ami beholds the secert power of Sailor Mercury. Now it was a fighting duo. Sailor Moon and Sailor Mercury. It wasn't long until Sailor Mars showed up. Apparently, buses were going missing and children were not coming home. This, of course, was a plot devised by Jedite to attract the energy of girls. Hino Rei (Raye Hino), a shinto priestess, was concerned and she did a few fire readings. After fighting Jedite without knowing she was a Sailor Senshi, Luna awakens Rei to her true Sailor Senshi and with the help of Sailor Moon, Sailor Mercury and Tuxedo Mask, they are able to rescue the girls in the buses and foil Jedite's plan. It is here that Usagi and Rei start their friendship which eventually blossoms into a best-friends relationship. It is also here that Rei and Usagi fight over pretty much everything, including Mamoru. Later, Jedite challenges the three Sailor Senshi to a duel and Jedite, for his constant failure to provide the Dark Kingdom with sufficient energy is sealed away in a glass. In the Manga he was killed/sealed as a stone but in the Anime, Queen Beryl put in him a Never Ending Rest. The next general appears. Nephrite (Nephylite) is a general that relies on the stars and the zodiac to find his next target. His philosophy is that he should steal all the energy from someone when they have reached their peak. Naru (Molly) is frequently involved in his attacks or is a target for him. He used her many times and she ended up falling in love with him. Nephrite did not understand love so he pitted Naru against Sailor Moon and her friends in order for his benefit. Sailor Moon, Mars and Mercury foil many of his plans anyway. Later on, Nephrite begins to hold love emotion for Naru. Nephrite can be seen protecting her from Zoicite's (the Third General) youmas. Zoicite killed Nephrite because he, yes, Zoicite is a male, was jealous of Nephrite's postion as Queen Beryl's new, most trusted confidante. This prompted Zoicite to take advantage of Nephrite's weak point (Naru) and Zoicite killed him. Zoicite is now Queen Beryl's close general. Queen Beryl issues orders for Zoicite to search and collect the seven rainbow crystals ,which, hold within them the seven most powerful warriors of the Dark Kingdom. All seven crystals together would create the ginzuishou.

Luna knew this. She told the Senshi that not only were they looking for the Silver Crystal, they needed to find the Moon Princess and protect her at all costs. That is the reason why they are Senshi and there is no other. This is when Kino Makoto (Lita) enters the picture. Zoicite targets his first target and this angers Makoto. Makoto does pretty well at fighting off evil without her Senshi powers. Luna realizes that Makoto is a Sailor Senshi and Makoto awakens to be Sailor Jupiter. Mamoru starts to cling to bits and pieces of his dream outside of his alternate ego. He begins to search frantically for the Moon Princess and the Silver Crystal which makes the Senshi suspect that he may be against them even though he had helped them through so many battles before. On the third target, Tuxedo Kamen drops a Star Locket at the end of the battle and tells Sailor Moon to keep it. Apparently in the Legend of the Moon, it was a lovers locket. Sailor Moon treasured it because she was in love with Tuxedo Kamen. After all the seven crystals had been retrieved (Zoicite-5 Tuxedo Kamen-2 Senshi-0), the Dark Kingdom attempts to lure out Tuxedo Mask and get his crystals by endangering the Sailor Senshi. Unfortunately for them, this fails as the fifth and final inner Senshi appears. Sailor Venus with a side-kick, Artemis. She foils the plan and the Dark Kingdom retreats. The Inner Senshi assume that Sailor Venus is the Moon Princess. The next day, Mamoru gets a call from Zoicite (who figured out who he was) and Zoicite requests his prescene at Tokyo Tower. Zoicite was given strict orders by Queen Beryl (who loved Mamoru in his past life) not to kill him. Usagi follows Mamoru to see where he is going after seeing he is injured. They are both whisked away to the tower by the Dark Kingdom where Usagi is rendered uncoinscious. Mamoru says he will hand over the crystals if Usagi is set free. He hands over his crystals but the Dark Kingdom, of course, goes back on their word. Kunzite (Malachite) takes all seven of the crystals and Zoicite challenges Mamoru to a duel on the roof...that is, if he can make it there alive. Usagi wonders why Zoicite and Mamoru are verbally fighting when she wakes up from being uncoinscious. Ice Shards begin to fall as Mamoru and Usagi race to the elevator. Mamoru explains to Usagi why he wanted to regain his past. Meanwhile, the Sailor Senshi attempt th get into the tower. Zoicite sends fireballs shooting down the elevator shaft, intending on killing both Usagi and Mamoru. However, Usagi makes the desicion to transform and become Sailor Moon right before Mamoru. She rescues him and herself from danger and vows to defend him and fight Zoicite. Zoicite tells her that Mamoru is Tuxedo Kamen and when she does not believe him, Tuxedo Mask transforms right before her eyes. Zoicite takes a glass shard, while Mamoru and him are talking and mortally wounds him. Sailor Moon, shocked at this, begins to cry and this brings about the Silver Crystal. The Sailor Senshi arrive just in time to see this occur. They finally realize that Usagi is Princess Serenity, the moon princess they have been searching for.

The Inner Senshi, the cats, Usagi and Mamoru remember their past from long ago and then Mamoru and Usagi pass out. The Dark Kingdom takes him away and erases his memories, changing him to be against Sailor Moon and her gang. Zoicite is killed because he failed to listen to Queen Beryl's orders. Later on, after the Dark Kingdom used Mamoru (as Prince Endymion (Darien) ) as a tool against the Senshi. Kunzite was behind this. After Sailor Moon recovered a few of his memories but the Dark Kingdom took him back immediately to re-brainwash him. Luna and Artemis attempt to find the center of the Dark Kingdom and they are attacked by Kunzite. Kunzite had sent the Sailor Senshi to see what happened to the Moon Kingdom to rub it in because telling them just wasn't enough. This is where the Senshi learn more about their past. They come back from the Moon and defeat Kunzite. Kunzite dies and they go to D-Point where they are met with the DD Girls (Doom and Gloom girls). The Senshi are killed by each. Sailor Jupiter is the first to die. She kills two DD Girls. Mercury dies second, she destroys the power for the remaining DD Girls to create illusions. Venus dies third, destroying one DD-girl and pushing Sailor Moon out of the way so she would not be hurt. Sailor Mars is the last one to die. After killing one DD Girl, she uses her remaining strength to take down the last DD Girl; rendering Sailor Moon alone. Sailor Moon is taken to the center of the Dark Kingdom where she must fight Mamoru. She is able to cure him of his brain washing and Queen Beryl attempts to kill them. Queen Beryl threw a large sharp shard, aimed at Sailor Moon, and Prince Endymion threw a rose through the shard and at the heart of Queen Beryl which caused her to disappear temporarily. Prince Endymion dies in her arms and Usagi is forced to go against Queen Beryl, who morphed together with Metallia to become a super power evil. Using the ginzuishou, Crescent Moon Wand and together with the life forces of the dead Senshi, Princess Serenity used the Crescent Moon Wand and defeated Queen Beryl. However, the power drained Princess Serenity of her life and her dying wish was that she would become a normal teenager again. With the Dark Kingdom defeated and all the children of the Silver Millennium dead, the ginzuishou granted Princess Serenity her wish. Time was turned back one year, before any of the Sailor Senshi discovered their identities, and time continued as if the Dark Kingdom never existed.
