Imadoki!

Imadoki is about the normal school life of a country girl, Tanpopo (Meaning: Dandelion), attending a school in the urban area of Toyko. Eager to check out what her new school will be like, she arrives a day ahead of time and enters the school grounds by biking over a wall. She meets a boy who looks to be her age and notices him planting flowers. He yells at her and she hurts herself on her bike. The boy covers up her wound and she leaves. The next day she finds out that the boy was the son of the founder of the school. His name is Koki Kuygo and he comes from a very wealthy family. He acts cold and concieted infront of his snobby peers. Tanpopo nicknames him 'Scoop' because he had been planting the day she met him. When Tanpopo tries to see the kind part of Koki, he becomes angry with her and rips up the plant. When Koki makes his introduction to the new Freshmen at Meio High School, Tanpopo interrupts him. This does not sit too well with Koki's peers as they now dislike Tanpopo. Tanpopo says "You will be my friend!" as she is very determined to make him her friend.
She starts a planting club with the help of her new friend Tsukiko Saionji. After much persuasion, Koki joins the club and lifts the ban on live flowers. He orders that all fake flowers on campus must be replaced with real flowers. Thus starting the Planting Club. Tsukiko hides a secert until the end of the first book that she aspires to be Mrs.Koki Kuygo. However, the Student Council is reluctant to accept the notion to make the Planting Club a real club. Will they accept the notion? Time will tell. =D
