Marmalade Boy is an addicting soap opera about a young girl named Miki whose parents switch spouses with another couple and thus become a big family of six. As if Miki wasn't messed up enough; her old crush begins to return her old feelings and take out rage on Miki's new "brother" because Miki's old crush, Ginta, is jealous of her "brother", Yuu. Yuu is very flirtatious around Miki. He acts cool on the outside and he never lets anyone in on his inside emotions. He tries to be close with Miki because she's so different from him. She doesn't have emotions to hide and she is outspoken. The story takes place in modern day Japan and has many many twists and turns to keep the suspense. There are *so* many love triangles within Marmalade Boy; it's very difficult to map out. It is notorious for having the most love triangles ever in all of manga/anime, but hey, if it makes the story good go for it~!
